Questions

Frequently asked questions

Either — whichever your community prefers. We can coordinate the whole project through your property management company or directly with board members, and provide whatever documentation (insurance certificates, proposals) your HOA requires for approval.

We offer 2-year and 3-year commitment packages at better pricing than a single-season install. Locking in a multi-year term also secures your community's preferred install date year after year, without re-quoting or re-negotiating each season.

Both options are available for HOA and community clients. Renting keeps costs lower with full maintenance included; purchasing gives your community ownership of the lighting long-term. We'll walk you through the tradeoffs based on your budget and preferences.

Yes. We regularly light community entrance signs, monuments, clubhouses, and shared trees in addition to individual homes, giving your whole community a coordinated, festive look.

Yes — we've installed community Christmas lighting for Villages of Avalon in Perris, Sierra Peaks in Corona, and RC Hobbs Countryside Estates in Jurupa Valley, among others. We're familiar with how HOA approval processes and community-wide coordination work.

Pricing is based on total scope — number of homes, common areas, and roofline footage across the community — with better per-unit pricing than individual residential installs, especially on multi-year commitments. We provide a custom quote after understanding your community's needs.

Community-wide projects take more coordination than a single home, so we recommend starting the conversation by August or September to secure your install window before the season fills up.

We install throughout Riverside and the Inland Empire, including Corona, Norco, Eastvale, and Moreno Valley. Check our Service Areas page for the full list, or reach out and we'll confirm we cover your community.
