We offer seasonal, temporary Christmas lighting as well as permanent holiday lighting. We also offer landscape lighting. No matter your outdoor lighting needs we’ve got you covered!

We provide top of the line commercial LED lights, clips, cords and a timer. We cut them to fit your house and set the timer to come on and off when you want. The Install, Removal, Maintenance, and annual Storage are all part of the Service. We remove lighting when the Holidays are over–the middle of January as weather allows.

Our design process lets you see a visual representation of what you can expect your lights to look like, on YOUR house. We will provide a few options including the full roof line, windows/doors, trees/bushes, or just the front gutter line if desired.

Our prices are based off the linear foot of installed lights so it varies from house to house. On average a basic design will start at $500 for a single story roof line and go up depending on the length of the installed lights and additional features added such as bushes or wreaths. Our average project is historically about $1,000

Due to the increased liability, we typically decline install customer supplied lights, we will only install the commercial grade, state of the art lights we provide. This allows us to provide the excellent service levels our customers have become accustomed to.

As a part of our all inclusive service, our guarantee is that all service calls will be handled as soon as possible, at no cost to the customer. Often times we are able to correct the issue within 48 hours or less.

They are not, the lights custom designed for your home are leased from us each season. This allows us to provide a truly all inclusive experience, maintain them for years to come, and to keep them within warranty from the manufacturer.

The mounting system is designed to withstand the sun, rain and snow for up to 20 years. The entire solution is weatherproof and the LEDs we use have 50,000 hours of life. That’s over 11 years running 12 hours a night, every night.
